Please note, I had a very tough experience with the Banglore Uber Cab. Driver Confrimed the pick up, didn’t turned up for the pick up, after he confirmed the drop location. My family struggled for 45 minutes on the road. He didnt picked up the call as well.
Not only that, now the most unethical practice starts.He Turned On his trip in his uber app and which costed me a huge amount. I realized this when I got a confirmation from the bank. and when I was asked to rate the driver. I rated him 1 star, but no one from uber team is concern to verify and get deeper into the problem.
I am thankful the OLA, who was available in 2 minutes after I confirmed the pick up
