Hi guys today I am sharing my review on uber taxi in which I have travelled only one time which was my first and last ride with Uber.
I live in New Delhi and on that day ( 5 months back) I booked an Uber taxi to pick me up from Nand nagri - bank colony near tihar jail, New Delhi and my destination was Nangloi, New Delhi 110041. On the app the total fare was about RS: 540 and everything was right until the driver lost the way , because he was not even having a fast internet in his mobile phone, google map was not working well, But he kept on following it and entered an unknown area and lost the way and kept on roaming around in that area after about half an hour he was able to find the correct way and when I reached my destination the fare was about RS: 950. I asked him the reason for increased fare, he replied that the fare increases with time and distance. I was very angry at that time but I didn’t increased the matter because it was already 12: 00pm midnight.
Uber is a cheater, the driver was really dumb he dont even knew the route and dont even have the fast internet for google maps.
The journey was very uncomfortable because the air conditioner was not operating well.
Really guys the ride was very annoying and I am never going to travel with uber again.
