As you know friends uber is one of the best app for booking online cab. Uber provide good service for online cab booking compared to ola, fasttrack and meru cab. Best thing is that price also less and any time availability. In the mid night it is very difficulty to find any prepaid cab or transportation and also there is no security. that person may do fraud with you.But using uber you can book cab any time and also that journey is secure.
But negative this is that some of the rural places they are not providing the service.
App performance is fast. But sometime got hang due to lots of user requesting at the same time.
For cheap riding uberpool is best. Most of the time I take this ride. Also they are providing ubergo, uberx , etc.
After completing the ride immediately they send bill receipt on your registered mail id. That will help for those person who need to submit the bill to their company.
Most of the times uber provide some free ride or discount on your ride. That’s is very cool. Of your regular rider then you can expect atleast 5 free or discount ride per month.
Uber support also good. If you raise any complain immediately they will contact with you. Even if your driver behaviour is not good then immediately they will take action.
If something happen with your ride then if you raise for refund . Then immediately that money will be credited on your uber account.
You can pay your money via cash or card or paytm.
But member when you booked the car and whatever information showing regarding that car and driver always take that one. Don’t take wrong car.
