Dear Kazim,


My Account is still working normally there is not at all problem with booking and account.


Today I have ride twice a day and there were not a problem.


Only my concern is if uber is promissing take frist ride free upto Rs 600 then why uber is giving excuses and updating fake promotion in website.


If uber is fooling to customer then uber is doing one time Busnise in india.


Onetime you can fool us but same will not be for future.

Just a heads-up though, the ability of your account to use promotions has been disabled and, unfortunately, I won't be able to lift that. Though once your account is verified, you may book a ride and pay normally.

Dear Uber,


There is not at all problem with your service and I am impressed with your service and as Drivers are good in terms of manner.


However As per uber promises I supposed to get frist ride free upto 600.


When I have sent email and asked? where is my frist free ride and got Automatic email replied saying your account has be disabled.


Oh come on disabled it please go ahead.


Now I am not happy with ur reply as below.


If my account has been disabled indefinitely then why the hell providing service to me.please block my account.


If I am wrong please letme know As I am a new user for uber and I have reffer to my sister, brother and uncle to use it uber service as we are a big familly.even we don't know about uber service before.


then let me know if reffering to familly is inlegal as per uber terms of Service then I will stop using uber.


I will travel with normal taxi or auto Riksha as before I used to do.


Still if you think my account does not meet your Terms and Service.Please block my account and revert back.

This is our first familly ride with uber.


As per uber promises I Supposed to get first ride free upto 600 and when I have signup Account I have received free ride up to 600 credit.


Now I am wondering why uber has Deducted 159 from my paytm wallet.


Please let me know.
