Uber comes with reasonable price and it is cheaper than OLA. But there are three main problems
Some times navigation sucks. Driver calls us saying that he is in location where as he is somewhere else.
Uber app some times behaves very strange. Ex: a). You are paying the amount from the card and suddenly rating pops up. When you come out of rating popup, payment page disappears b). While adding new card as payment option, it asks for OTP. And when enter, payment will be successful. But again it will come back to CVV page. And continues for a limbo. Same issue when I tried’Set up your family’ option etc etc.
There is no proper support that takes our complaint. There are some predefined options. We need to select among them. No option to add our actual problems
