In our daily life Ola and Uber cab plays an important role. Not only because these cabs save convenience time for us but also it helps us to reach our destination safely and in a easier way avoiding daily rush and traffic.
But It is a worst experience with uber. I use to take cab from my home to office in a daily basis. I use to take Ola/Uber daily from my home Bablatala to Gitanjali Park. It is not a single day I got Uber cab from my home. The main issue is whenever I try to book through app it is showing me "Fare rate has changed please try again later". I dont know it is zero zone for Uber Pool or not, but it happens daily then I have to book Ola instead.
Another main issue with uber is that: when you book uber it is showing a fare that you have to pay, but after taking the ride a auto generated message comes and tells your fare rate may get increased please pay the amount shown in the driver’s app after completing the ride. And it happens frequently that the ultimate fare get increased. Thats a huge problem Uber has. Because of this reason people face lots of discrepancies. People get angry and sometime misunderstanding occurs with the driver.
Uber should take care of these most unwanted issues to resolve the issue to improve their service. I am attaching the screenshot where the "Fare rate changes error" showing and due to that I can not able to book the cab.
