they should improve their support system. they do not have any customer care phone number to which we can contact in any emergency and we have to mail them and have to wait for their answers.
and sometimes they freeze and ban the account without any reason. at that time we fill very helpless.
and during long distance drivers most of the time deny to do duty. and the compensation norms of uber is very weak.
they do not believe to compensate any customers. and they should also fasten the app for 2G mobile data user. it’s app is very weak in opening in slow data speed.
