Uber cabs are the cab service providers all over India. I have taken 5-6 rides with uber, for every ride I have faced a problem with them.
Uber is providing services with an option like uber pool, uber go, uber X and uber SUV. Uber Pool is used for sharing, we will have a ride with some other person. I always prefer uber pool because the rest of the three will charge higher prices.
On the very first ride, they have made me waited for 15mins after that for every ride I am facing a problem. Mainly some of the drivers not even know how to follow the instructions given on the map to reach the destination. I have also faced a problem that I have booked a ride on the pool but they charged a higher rate than the pool, I have shown the rate card to the driver but the driver said the reason that if any other rider is not there then they will charge rate for the vacant seat also. I am very much irritated with their reasons for charging the higher fare. After finishing the ride, they will ask for the rating with reason, I have also specified the reason for charging higher fare but there is no use. sometimes they are even charging higher fare like 2x, 3x. Many of them are not known that 2x, 3x rates and charged by higher fares, their intention to increase their business moto by making the people as fools.
Friends please don’t prefer for uber cabs and don’t face these type of problems.
