UBER is a popular android app for easy transport within specified distance. After seeing so many user review against uber, I am literally confused whether its service is good or not. I am a regular user of UBER and till now I have not got any chance to complain. Its drivers are good professionals. Drivers treat their riders well. And of course from riders perspective price for any trip is less than other app.
Nothing in the world is perfect my friends. UBER also has some drawbacks. some times its peak pricing increases the fare so much that I can literally hire a chopper for that trip. You won’t believe for a trip whose fare is maximum 200 on a happy day can rise up to 1100 during peak pricing. @uber, if you cant provide sufficient cab at peak hours why don’t you just show "No cabs Available".
However Uber has a good practice of giving promotional offers to its happy customers to keep them more happy.
After all being a rider a can advise you to opt for uber but be careful for its peak price.
