I wanted to share my feedback about uber cab service. The uber cabs were good when initially started but as the days goes l have seen the services gone worst . I have 4 incidents were an inconvenience is caused to me. First , l travelled in uber cab from my location to Banglore majestic railway station at 8 o clock. The railway station is hardly 5km from my location but the uber cab driver charged me 280rs. They have clearly advertised that first 4km will be 100 rs and every next 1 km charge 20rs but l don’t know l they charged me 280. They put unwanted charges and cheat people .second incident, again l travelled in uber cab to majestic railway stayion and l had missed my phone in the cab . When l called back the driver to check for my phone he did not respond to us properly. When l called him second time he stopped responding to my call. After some time he called me back and informed that there is no phone in cab, but l am sure l have missed in the cab . There are many other incident like we’re auto driver charged 140 for 5km even if they have advertised 4km for 29rs. Uber cab services will be better if they stop charging extra charges from the customer and recruit only proper drivers.
