Good about cab is, its cheaper than ola, good quality transport, booking is easy too.
Bad, availability is less, drivers are rude more tgan accepting they will reject.
They are sometime better than ola when compare to price but if they accept your request or if they did not canceo your request after accpting.
Anyway this the frustrated matter, we can not breath freely that we got cab.
They need to improve on this and the rudeness of drivers who want to drive on their own way.
They are trustworthy however, good quality transport, good seats, comfortably we can sit these all fine.
Improve the availability of cabs it will be more better.
Charges are fine average, knowledge of routes are great but need to listen the customers opinion because it loose the trust if the girl travels alone.
