So I share review on Uber cabs .
First time I booked uber in Delhi from mahipalpur to IGIA T3 before I had no experience with uber after I booked I got driver details after 5minutes driver called me and said ’come in highway I am unable to pickup from your location I said why? This is your duty and when I booked cab I mentioned correct location .he said come in highway I have lots of luggage because highway is too far from my hotel he said you can cancel the booking after I cancelled the booking I was charged 63.60Rs as Cancellation charges I was shocked this was driver mistake but I charged cancellation fee I write mails and send to uber .Uber said ok we will looking our matter but you must to give cancellation fee because driver on the way .
This is cheating Uber please don’t do like this with customers.
