UBER is great app for day to day travel but it lacks in many aspects like safety. SOS numbes, arrogant drivers.
first of all uber drivers denies to take you to the destination if they don’t want to go. I don’t know uber has given them the authority to do so or what? If the area is not serviceable they how it can be booked on app. And if it is booked how can a driver deny after a passenger sits in the car. I have also faced incidences where cab drivers sometimes talk rude and abusive.
Being a boy I knkw that. And in the night or evening. Most of the drives are drunk. And still they accept rides.
SOS NUMBERS : or u can call it emergency numbers are not available in uber app. Even the uber eats doesn’t support that. U get Response of your query or problem after 15-20 hrs of posted or mailed. This is how uber provides services. U canbot trust that someone is going to come for you if you are in any trouble.
DRIVER’S BEHAVIOR. : driver’s behaviou to the discountrd rides are rude and informal. They need rides with high margin and good income. But when it come to discounted rides u can sence the ridiculous behavior of drivers.
UNWANTED SERGES: Uber applies the maximum seurges( takes extra charges when cabs are less compared to passengera applying) some times it crosses 3 times of base fare which is very disappoining. At that time the company and the driver makes money but the people have to pay a lot higher amount. Consider a place u acan go at rs 300 and due to seurge it gets trippled. To 900/- .
