Uber cabs are not good.
Uber is not providing the services that should be provided.
The service Uber provide to customers is not good.
The charges of Uber cab is so high as compare to other cabs.
When I was in Ahmedabad I book Uber for going to gandhinagar and I wait for 20 mins and the cab is not reached to my palace.but in Uber app it is showing that your ride is arrived in 2 minutes.
After 20 minutes the cab came.after reaching to my destination the ride fare come to be 389 rupees but when I check the estimated fare it was only 270-300.
There service is not good.
Uber app also has many bugs in there application
Before riding in Uber please check the estimated fare and the driver of the cab and the car condition.
Uber need to improve there services .
