I used to travel in city bus when I visit to guwahati in state: - Assam .the weather in summer season o f guwahati is irresistible .so after getting into UBER cab service it is awsome .I travelled 7 km and gave 80 rs .wherein if I travelled by auto-rickshaw then I had to paid them rs 250 .so I supposed to tell that Uber makes GUWAHATI a upcoming city .They on their AC always no matter how far is the destination.Just download their app from the playstore and on a single click receive a call from the driver .also on booking GPS will shown on your Mobile App so driver cant lie to you saying he is far or distance from the destination. So I will suggest everyone to use UBER service in GUWAHATI as it is the best stil now in guwahati .
