According to my experience Uber taxi service is not good taxi service. I got a bad experience with them.
They wont reach pickup point in time. Once I booked uber and they said they will come with in 10 mins. But I was waiting for more than 15 mins and what they did is they canceld the trip by themselve. After that when I booked other taxi they were not showing any taxi.
This is not only my experience. Even this problem has happend to my friends also
