I have been using Uber cab since 6 to 7 months and its really very useful.& in this post am going to share my experience with it.
I took a Uber cab from borivali station to virar and was travelling with my dad and mom on 7th December at 7.08am in the morning.
The cab arrived in 5 mins. Uber cabs are always quick& mostly on time.
Do due to some network issues the driver took the wrong route. And drove almost 4km in the wrong.
I always use Google maps while travelling. to check the right route.
We explained him that hes going the wrong
direction. But he didnt listen and was also arguing for the same.
We reached home at 9.40 am. Almost 45 min late.
And at the time of payment the amount which should be around 540. Was shown 878.19 due to the wrong route taken by driver. We had an heated argument saying its his fault. He should have atleast listen to us regarding the directions. But it was of no use. My father gave him the money. Saying well complain about the same to Uber company.
So I complained about the incident on the same day in Uber app, by using the Help tab in trips column
Well Uber team is quite quick in response, my complaint was resolved within 3 days, and I received 326.18 rs refund in my Uber app.
I appreciate the Uber team for enquiring and providing quick response.
