Ive been trying to register myself on the app of Uber for the past 6 months. Ive already registered with my email ID and phone number. Everytime I try to login it takes me to the home page.
I wrote emails to customer service people, they are so unhelpful. They kept on telling me the same thing again and again that this email ID is already registered to an account and hence they cant disclose any information about it to me. I told them repeatedly that this account belongs to me, I only opened it but they didnt listen to me.
I even told them that if this continues for another week, Ill go to an alternative cab company like ola or something still it didnt matter to them.
Im shocked to see that they dont even care this much even though the customer is saying that he/she will move to a competitor. And registration or login on the app is such a small issue for any company to resolve, still they couldnt do it - Shocking!
Ill not recommend it to anyone. Very poor customer service . These days customer service is such an imp factor.
