Today I booked Uber Cab at 10 am from Pratap Nagar, Udaipur to Surajpole, Udaipur. When I looked for a cab it tells me that 4 cabs are available in your location so I booked one of them, I got the contact number of the cab driver. So I try to call him, he picked my phone and told me that he is coming in 5 minutes. So I waited, after waiting for 30 mins he didn’t come so I called him again. This time driver told me that your booking is cancelled due to location error. I told him that I waited for 45 mins can’t you tell this to me before but he didn’t answer and disconnected my phone. Very worst service by Uber.
