I have been using udereats in the starting as it use to give me heavy discounts but once I ordered a prodict in delhi from bangla sweets but the order was placed wrongly so I tried to reach to the customer care executive which was bot reachable than through chat I talked to one guy he told me sir that we can not change the order I said okay if this is not possible than cancel this order I will order agaij he said that sir even this is not possible so I told him okay deliver this order with one extra diah I will pay you on velivery than also they did not agreed and at last they cancelled my order and till date no refund has been recieved. So guys do not opt for ubereats for placing orders.
