I ordered an ice-cream worth Rs.372 from naturals viman nagar. Unfortunately, I forgot to apply my coupon code and immediately requested the customer support team to cancel the order before the order gets accepted by the vendor. To my dismay, my cancellation request was rejected and they were forcefully asking me to accept the order else I won’t get the refund. This is too unprofessional and horrendous response. Doesn’t give me the confidence to order from uber eats going forward. Check the screenshots to see my chat with the support team. Extremely disappointed.
