I would have given this application 4 or 5 stars earlier but due to what they did with my last order that I expected them to refund, I am thoroughly irritatated. I had ordered a Jumbo Nachos Vada Pav which had an offer of buy one get one free. So in that case I should have got 2 Burger Vadas but the restaurant owners didn't only cook the other one properly. One of the Burger Vada was less in quantity, different in taste and low in quality. Hence the first thing that I did was I started looking up the number of Uber eat her internet but I was shocked to see that there is no number available anywhere on the Internet not given or on Justdial or I could have easily called the restaurant but I didn't because I had earlier had a case in which I had received improper items and hence the restaurant owners had asked me to call uber eats instead because they cannot help me, hence this time I tried to call ubereats first. Despite of being such a multinational company they don't even have a proper toll free number for their customers to contact them. After doing too much of struggle I finally found the number to contact them through their app that was completely hidden, when I called them, their customer sales executive picked up the call and spoke to me for about an hour and then later told me that they would credit the amount as a refund in my Uber eats wallet and so now I have been waiting since one month or two months about but they haven't had any amount in my ubereats wallet. I had try to contact them over there but they didn't respond and they expected me to give feedback for them to improve their service but they didn't tell me anything about the I am deeply disgusted by the service of ubereats and I expect them to return my money as soon as possible.I am going to go to consumer forum if they don't stop this fraud as they can cause a lot of harm.
