I installed ubereats after seeing lots of advertising nearby. I thought their services would be good as uber is an international company. But I had a very bad experience.
ON SEP 14 2018 .10: 38 am I ordered food from uberEats. From the restaurant HUNGER STREETS
PIZZA PATTY
VEG GRILLED SANDWICH.
I tought of tasting the food so I orderd it with a discount of Rs 50 /- and I paid Rs 50 /-
When I recieved my order I was fully disappointed.
I got patty fillled with onions and some sauces. One was myanoise and another was sour sauce. And it was packed in a paper disposable plate. I mena who provides only onion filling in pizza patty.?
VEG GRILLED SANDWICH: as I saw it it was also filled with onions. And some sauces. There was no other vegetables. Only onions. That too raw. Smilling the onion flavours. And tasted bitter. A veg sandwich has some vegetables like cauliflower capsicum carrots. Or cuccumber etc. Nobodys puts onion in that
I tried to contact UBEREATS CUSTOMER CARE for this. I messaged them and told them the whole incident. And also sent them the picture of items recieved.
Firts of all they were not available at the moment. That was too an official timing. Morning 10 o clock.
And they replied after 16 hours. What does a person supposed to do if gets wrong dish or dish is prepared wrong .
After getting the reply they said. We won’t be ble to refund the moneyas you have alredy taken your order. I said I have thrown the order. They said they are apologised.
NO OTHET STEPS WERE TAKEN FROM THEIR SIDE.
IF YOU ARE ODERING ON UBER EATS THEN YOUR ORDERS ARE RAM BHROSE. .
