I have ordered at 12:15 pm and when I checked the app, everytime the time went on increased.Lastly the delivery boy came to my home at 1:40 pm. But it’s clearly written on the restaurant that within 35 to 45 minutes, your food will be delivered. After waiting for an hour while I was trying to contact the customer care staff, ’this line was busy’ replied for at least 20 times. When the delivery boy came to my door, the food was notwrapped and the quantity is very very low with poor quality food. They are just cheaters and just making public fool showing discounts on it. Please don’t give order from this site. Better to go with Swiggy and Zamato those who have the time sense at least.
