Uco bank is one of the worst and very slow service in my area jhantipahari village. I have a account in this bank and atm facility is available in my account. My atm card[VISA] is old about three hours and it is not micro chip system. some days ago I went to replace it to get micro chip system. My atm card is VISA but they want to give me RUPAY.so I do not accept it. It is their very bad service.
I have also phone banking and Internet banking. But both of them I faced huge problem. Phone banking app is not working properly. I tried to recharge my phone balance from the app but it was failed many times.
Its ATM service is not available in my area. In this branch the staff ’s behaviour is very bad. They do not work.
