I have a savings bank account with UCO Bank from last 10 years and truly speaking my experience is very good with this bank.I don’t face any issue.It was formally United Commercial Bank, established in Kolkata in 1943.
Now come to the details of the bank-
The bank’s service is average good.The bank’s strong field is manual banking.The phone banking service is not too good of this bank, because the service is too slow and the security also isn’t too tight in mobile banking, so if you are a UCO Bank customer, pls be aware from a hacker.
Now come to the ATM point, if you are a citizen in a metro city then you have no issue for ATM availability, but if you are a citizen of a village or North Indian hill area then you can face the ATM availability problem very much.But the issue of an ATM card is too much faster than other banks.
The internet Banking of the Uco server is good but is not very for its security issue.A few days ago I saw some hacking related or fraudulently transferred complain.If you can overcome this problem them internet banking is overall good.
Now the main point the customer service-the customer service is too much good and response on time.They are very much friendly and fast worker, possitive and if you complain fraudulently transferred they will refund your money.you can maintain a min balance RS-1000 in a savings account.
