As I live in Jaipur, Rajasthan me and my father both have saving accounts in UCO bank.
The first thing I want to mention here is the ATM service of UCO bank, the over all ATM’s of UCO bank are less then its branches and every week I got a msg. From UCO bank to use their ATM to earn loyalty bonus so when I asked the same question to the manager of my branch his answer was thats not my problem.
As I am a very frequent user of ATM so every time I use another bank’s ATM, charges has been deducted from my a/c for using other ATM.
The second thing I want to mention here is the CRM of the bank which is awful, they dont give a damn about customer.
My overall experience with UCO Bank is not gud so if u r planning to open an A/c in UCO bank please consider all the problems above specially the ATM service and then go for it.
