I am using UCO bank service from 9 months ago . I open a single account at my local UCO bank branch . Their service is very good& fast . There have 6 staffs including branch manager . When I go to bank for deposite money or FD, staffs are working very fast . So, I do not need wait many time in bank . It is a very good point . One ATM counter is attached with the branch.
As a result all time money are available in this atm counter( Tarulia) . Now, UCO providing only RuPay Card . Their ATM’s maintains annual charge is 57/-& sms charges is 0.12 paise per sms. They have quick balance checking facility by miss calling . When I have any transaction with my uco account, I received instant sms alert on my mobile . Behaviour of staffs are very friendly.
When I have any question about Uco bank related I ask to branch manager or toll free customer care, & they solve my issue . Now recently uco bank launched ucorewardz facility . When I have any transaction with uco atm I got some rewardz. I recommend uco bank to all .
