I have a bank account in the uco bank from last 3 years and 7 months. I am going to share my experience with uco bank here.
When I went to the bank( nehru nagar, bhilai branch) I was feeling that I have to wait for a long time to open my account. As I was opening my account with just 1000 rs. But I was surprised with their service. They took just 15 - 20 minutes to complete all the required procedure there. And they opened my account with in half an hour. And they provided my passbook on the same day.
And I applied for visa debit card. As it supports all the international and domestic payment merchants. Again I got my debit card in 2 days from the branch. Whenever I go to the bank for any kind of bank work. They treats very well. As the private banks do with their premium customers.
And now comming to the interest rates. They give decent interest rates on saving and fixed accounts.
Overall it was great experience with this public sector bank. Its best among all the public sector banks. Ever I personally prefer uco bank instead of SBI or any other bank. Thank you
