I am regular buyer on Udaan app recently I ordered a product but rcvd less the quantity I immediately raised return request but it was cancelled again I raised request 4 times but my return request was getting cancelled very next day without even verifying or calling me and every time I call their customer care number I get a interactive voice message that I will get a call from my account manager but still I didn’t get any call and I also raised the issue on Twitter but no use.
