I was user of Udemy courses from 2019. Was happy with the course content. But as Udemy expanded customer support became pathetic. Sometimes the courses are also bad. I had a wallet with udemy. I was Unhappy with the courses and asked for refund.
They changed the refund policy and replied they cannot refund. In spite of repeated requests I did not get reply. I had a wallet with Udemy with money loaded in wallet.
I requested to credit my money back. I have written 5 times over 6 months and I am yet to get reply
