This movie Udta Panjab is in the news from last one week. First with their infamous battle with Censor board and then early leaked on online portal. Whatsoever but it has received the audience attention by some or the other way.
The movie which had starred Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Alia Bhat and the other bigger name from Punjab itself, have been told will do great on Bollywood bigger screen, I rather would prefer a different opinion.
The movie is all about Drugs and hence subtitles "Drugs di Maa Di". Despite of such a great star and really wonderful act by them, the story didn’t really stand out of the box. Its on a realistic situation in Punjab Today which really need an immense attention of their govt and also need to educate the youth about how bad a drug addict go. On a humble request of Mr. Anurag Kashyap about not to watch the downloaded copy I thought we should care about the directors efforts and hence run to the nearest cinema theater to watch "Udta Panjab". I was wondering why I have wasted 2 and half hours of my life watching this filth. Nothing new it just a basic story about a real situation in punjab and hence portrayed in Cinematic way that just.
