I had a huge expectation from this movie but after watching it I am a little bit disappointed but this movie will bring a different Punjab.
The main plot of this movie is drug addiction of Punjab.The matter of the movie is complicated but director Anurag Kashyap has presented in quite simple manner. The main cast of this film are Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
In the first scene it shows that in a dark night a bike stops near border and 3 youth gets down from bike and throws something to the other side that is nothing but packet of drug.Shahid Kapoor plays the role of a London-bred Punjabi musician who lives a luxurious life. His name in this film is Tommy Singh. Tommy used to take drug but suddenly he gets change when he visits a hospital and came to know what others are doing to take drug. He gets changed suddenly but in reality it is not easy to get changed all of a sudden.
Don’t know why sensor board banned this movie but indirectly that helped this movie for marketing. The movie was really good but in last 30-40 minutes it became a normal Bollywood masala film. It is a must watch movie but don’t expect too much from it.
