Udta punjab is not much effective in comunicating message of drugs addiction because of its less entertainment value , film is like television drama.
And used too much abusive language which hinders watching movie with the family, less control on story decrease the interest in the movie and it can be made made more effective than what it is. So I won’t recommend to watch this movie with family although it is for good purpose of drugs prevention.
