I purchased a chimney 5 years ago when there was a scheme with the chimney that either you can take a gas stove of four burners for free or you can take lifetime service. I opted for lifetime service but the dealer said you have to open the chimney and bring it to the office for service.
What a crap is this, how can I open the chimney and take that. Fake Promises done by the company. Worst product. I will never recommend anyone to take ultrafresh chimney.
