Bought a chimney by ultrafresh about 2 years back because of it’s affordable price and good finished looks. Had a tough time with warranty registration firstly.
The seemed to be working perfectly for a year, till it broke down and my warranty was still hanging. A lot of smoke was generated within home and had to apply a special exhaust for it. The customer support never picked up or said to wait and never responded back. Finally had to bring down the chimney and order new one. I’d suggest my viewers to not go for it of it’s pathetic customer support.
