If any manager or owner from UltraTech can see all this, then I would like to say through review. UltraTech is good cement but there are bad people sitting in your department who make false promises to the customers. I have used UltraTech Weather Plus and through helpline service I was told that you will be provided free of cost enginner visit. Along with this the material quality will also be checked. But all the work is over but no contact has been made by any enginner or any responsible person from UltraTech. Later when I called and asked I came to know that enginner visit It has happened. Only in the paper it was told by the helpline. Such a joke is done by ultratech with customers as a result of which water is dripping from 5-6 places in one of my rooms. ultratech customer helpline or management se achhe hai ambuja and jk laxmi cement wale who enginner on for quality check the spot makes site visits and gives better service. Please don’t make your service substandard and take care of the management so that the confidence of the customers remains with UltraTech.
