I with 4 of my colleagues went for their lunch buffet last week. I have been to Umerkot before for dinner and I find the Indian food there absolutely irresistible. The lunch buffet there was a beautiful change from the standard ones at other slr restaurants.

Starters / kebabs are nice and hot spread at the counter
A good selection of salads..esp loved their chaat papadi (that was kept at the salad counter)....
For Main course..the food is served on the table(don’t have to get up to go to the counter for an extra spoon of curry or dal).They had a decent spread of desserts on the counter..Not an Indian sweet buff..I went for the pastries.
Overall, me and my colleagues had a great time and. It wasn’t heavy on my pocket as well.
