Hello to all, my experience on this app is worst , this app is used for only North Indians but not South Indians because classes are it taught only in Hindi language but not in Telugu language. So, South Indian students can face many problems, the clear view of this app is,
CONCEPT : The main concept of this app is , to receive money from the students in the name of subscriptions, at first they teach classes for free after this seek money from students, they didn’t teach classes seriously just that is for their salary not for the future of students so better to not to listen classes in this app.
HELP FUNCTIONALITY : However it is better than other features in this app, when we seek any help from this app they will they will respond and give positive response, this is the one only the positive point in this app.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT : the service and support of this app is however average because they give good service by calling us and mailing us about the updated information about classes but still they want to develop , didn’t support students in case of language, students are suffering a lot in case of language.
RELIABILITY AND SATISFACTION : I am very disappointed with this app because the one and only reason that is only in Hindi and English but all the students are not belong to Hindi and English medium so they want to teach classes in all mediums available in India.
VALUE OF MONEY : This is the main point I would like to say that is they seek much money from the students , if students didn’t pay did not teach classes to students, they didn’t ask money students directly they ask indirectly in the name of subscriptions.
At finally I would like to say that is better to not to listen classes in this app, reading books and studying in Chrome is better when we compared to this app, so I suggest not to use this app .
