This place offeres terrible service. I took my parents there for their anniversary and they had the worst time ever. The ambience is strictly ok. Though it is supposed to be a trendy bistro is was far noiseir than McDonald’s on a weekend.
We had to wait for 45 minutes for our dinner to arrive. Mine and my moms came after that. My dad’s dinner did not arrive even after we were done with our food. It took over 1 and a half hours in total for his meal to arrive. To make matters worse we ordered pork and were served beef instead. When we requested the waiter to make the change he insisted that we had ordered beef and even brought his order pad to try and prove that I was wrong.
Throughly disgusted, I asked for the feedback form. They provided the bill and I waited patiently for another 30 minutes. I finally insisted that they provide a feedback form without which I will not pay.
After a lot of hesitation I was given the feedback form. My request to meet the manager was completely ignored. I finally filled in the feedback form along with my contact details categorically stating that I wanted a reply.
As expected I heard nothing from Under The Over.
