Uniconnect seems to be run by idiots! I inquired about a sim for the most travelled country – Thailand and the sales guy jumped at it and said its always available. Just a day before for my travel, the sales guy had the nerve to call me and tell me that the sim isn’t available for a few days. Seriously looks like the sales staff hired isn’t up to it and the information is equally pathetic. Absolutely no recommendations! Now you know why never to ask for a Uniconnect sim card.
