I purchased TV and Washing Machine at HRBR Layout Outlet .Seller promised that each items carries gift scratch card. once the billing is done and asked for scratch card . seller said .it is not available right now and will be notified once it is available . I trusted their words but when I called two times and got the same answer I was disappointed that they made us fool .
So be careful at this outlet and not carried away with their false promises. Never again to visit
