I purchased an LG LED 3DTV from Unilet some 2 months back. I surveyed 3-4 other shops in the same locality and found Unilet, Indiranagar to be most competetive, and it’s sales staff quite informed and committed.
While buying I had asked for extra 3d glasses and this was part of the deal. At the time of delivering, the store did not have the extra 3d glasses. So they promised to get it shortly. I never had this written on the purchase docs .so was wondering if they would meet their word.
Happy to say that they made all the effort to get me the extra glasses as promised though it was normally not available anywhere in the other stores.
A special word of praise for their store manager Mr. Haneef who personally ensured that the committments made were honoured.
I would certainly recommend Unilet to all buyers.
