Hello friend I am going to share my real experince on this bank I am having account in this bank . As I am new customer of this bank and I am studing in bhubneswar and my father use to send money through this bank.
As few moths ago when the problem was going on of demonatisation there were many problems in withdrawing and depositing. And that time I needed money for college fee about 70k . So the bank.manager told me to deposite by dd ( demand draft) . So gone to make it and the amount was on my father bank so they transfer it to my accont then he cutted my balance . I have done all the procedure releated to dd work and subimited it to bank. They were very lazy in work he told me to come on next day . So I do that they given me the slips . I came on next but they didnt made my dd . I scoled them due there work I known working load is more but very less staff is present there tgey preffer more staff as per requriment.
Staff were also not talk well to customer and not solve the problem . Everytime there is heavy rush of line but only two counter they have opened and rest were closed. I told to open they told staff are less.
This banks provides phonebanking .
Atm facilites where I live there it doesnot have atm of this bank so have travel distance to withdraw money.
It banches and atm also not avilable in every cites .
Cutomer serives is also not good.
