I have my account in Kerala.I have experienced excellent services from the employees working there.I opened my ac when I was a student and I dint know anything about banking stuff but employees there are so helpful they guided me through everything.They guided me through every single step without getting frustrated such a warm environment.I was surprised that public sector bank work so well.
I have been using Internet banking recently and there internet banking is amazing as well.
Phone banking service is really good.
ATM service is fantastic aswell.And one fault I face is the locker service they don’t have enough locker I have applied for it long but still din’t got one.
