I am a customer of union bank for 17 years. Past many days when ever I go to withdraw money from the ATM machine either it is not working or there is no money in the machine. I complained it to the employee in the bank, so the employee is saying that it is your bad luck that whenever you come to withdraw money it does not have. Is this the way to speak to a customer.The employee is saying you can close the account if you have problem. instead of attracting customer they are losing customer. Most of the machines are in bad working conditions which are kept in the JUHU TARA BRANCH.
