Today I describe my bad experiences for union bank of India.
Firstofall I want to tell that in 2014 I open the account of saving . I dislike union bank of India because one day I call to bank for asking Swift code of branch but they can’t pick up the phone and I tried so many time but they not picked up. Then I call customer service number I talked to him on first customer care person say that my system is not working you call again then when I call next time for asking swift code they say that I don’t know what is swift code then I asked him that from where I know what is swift code of my branch they say that I nothing know. So that I hate this bank.
