Hey friends today I am sharing my review on Union Bank Of india so the service of this bank is very bad. I am holding a saving Account in union bank. The very worst service I got from bank. This is a very irresponsible bank.
I want a new ATM Card and I fill up the form and submitted to bank they said after 10 days your ATM will come. After 10 days I went to bank for ATM they asked me to resubmit ATM form or other documents I said them I had already submitted my form and documents where's they. They said they had been losted. And ask to submit again. I said hows the my documents are lost it contains a very important details and you have losten it. I am very dissatisfied with the bank service.again I fill the form and submitted to bank.
Then after 15 days I again went to bank and ask for ATM my ATM was Come but some Form of Bank Was not there in Bank just because of that they did give me ATM. and asked me to come after some time. I am very helpless from the service of bank.
Phone banking also not available it have very big and lenthy procedure and sometimes server is not there in bank.
ATM of this bank is very rare Hardly you will get ATM.
Internet Banking you have to Make username and password and after that you will have to attach too many documents and have a very lengthy procedure.
So I would not suggest someone to open a Account In this bank.
