When you are fed up of the lunch breaks and careless attitude of SBI you might think of shifting towards an efficient government bank but let me assure you this isnt one of those.
It was my mistake to open a bank account here as the customer service could was not upto the mark both in branches and through customer care.
Accountholders are mere numbers and the employees are merely concerned about their own work.
Though I wont blame the service entirely as I have had many good experiences with the staff at other times and branches. However overall it was not the way I expected.
