I am an account on this bank . I want to tell . Once day I wanted to pay Google play console by ubi debit card.but when I fill all the data and clicked in pay button the next window shows your card is declined. Then I called customer care of ubi but he said that your card is okay. After sometimes I pay secondary chance but it’s shows card declined but my account debited 66.71 rs and payment is not done. The ubi customer service is so poor.
